At Hairwaves we pride ourselves in every service we provide but when it comes to colour we are a step above the rest.
All our stylists are trained in colour but we are extremely fortunate to have 2 colour specialists both trained by Redken and are Redken Certified Colorist’s. Being a hair colour specialist is more than a job it’s a craft and requires patience, continuous education and a deep understanding of both science and creativity.
Your journey will begin with a comprehensive colour consultation at which time we will go through your inspiration ideas and requirements discussing what will be achievable. The list of techniques we use to achieve your desired results is exhaustive and you will generally have a bespoke service designed just for you. Not all results can be achieved in one sitting, but this will be explained to you during your consultation, so we can then embark on your colour journey together resting assured that you are in goods hands the whole way through.
During your consultation we will carry out a skin test and will take cutting’s for compatibility tests. If you are new to our salon you will need to remain in the salon for the process time of the skin test (45mins), but of course you can enjoy a nice complimentary refreshment and biscuit while you wait, at this point we will be able to book your up and coming service for you which will require a £50 deposit to secure.
